How do you place an order?
Place your order by texting the product name and quantity to (718) 747-9797 and wait for the dispatcher to match you with the closest driver. The dispatcher will provide an ETA within 2-5 mins. For your safety and the safety of our drivers, ID verification is required for all first time customers where you’ll text us your name and selfie holding your driver’s license or state ID card.
What if I had a problem with my order?
To maintain the utmost quality, If there are any quality or service issues, please notify the dispatcher immediately, not the driver.
